Gül Ruscuklu is the founder of Ruscuklu. She advises domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial law, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, and intellectual property matters.

Her practice includes legal advisory services in connection with corporate transactions, public offerings, independent legal expert reports, commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration, mediation, and cross-border investment projects. She also advises media and production companies on copyright, film production, music rights, and other intellectual property matters.

Before establishing her independent practice, Gül Ruscuklu was involved in the legal management of international investment projects, cross-border transactions, and capital markets matters, including public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Her professional experience combines transactional work with dispute resolution, enabling her to advise clients throughout both the structuring and contentious stages of commercial projects.

She holds an LL.M. in International and European Commercial Law from the University of Lausanne and is a registered mediator specialising in commercial and labour law. She is also registered as a Med-Arb arbitrator with TOBB UYUM Mediation and Dispute Resolution Center.

Alongside her legal practice, Gül Ruscuklu is a documentary producer and novelist. Her work in the creative industries provides a practical perspective on copyright, media, entertainment, and intellectual property law. Her practice reflects an interdisciplinary approach, combining legal expertise with first-hand experience in the creative industries and cross-border commercial matters.
